Active substances and their amounts

Each tablet of Sildalist 120 mg contains:

• 100 mg Sildenafil Citrate
• 20 mg Tadalafil

Dosage

If you are not yet experienced, the recommended starting dose is half a 120 mg pill, approximately 45-60 minutes before planned sexual activity. It is not advisable to take more than one 120 mg tablet per day. The effects are experienced during sexual stimulation. It is not recommended to consume large amounts of alcohol before taking a drug with the active ingredient Sildenafil , as alcohol and fatty food can reduce potency.

Who Should Not Take This Medication

This medicine must not be used in people who:

• have had a heart attack or have other heart problems,
• have high or low blood pressure or have problems with blood clotting,
• are allergic to Sildenafil,
• are taking medicines containing nitric oxide or nitrates that are used to treat angina (chest pain), such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide dinitrate.

If you have angina and are unsure whether the medication you are taking belongs to any of these groups, talk to your doctor before taking it. Taking it together with medicines containing Sildenafil or Tadalafil requires approval from your doctor, especially if you are taking medicines such as cimetidine, erythromycin or ketoconazole.

It is also not recommended to take this medication if you have recently had a stroke, suffer from low blood pressure, untreated high blood pressure , or have vision loss due to non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic nerve neuropathy (NAION).

Side effects of Sildalist 120 mg

Like all medications, Sildalist 120 mg can cause side effects. These effects are usually mild and transient. The most common include headache and facial redness. Other less common side effects include indigestion, dizziness, nasal congestion , and an effect on vision.

If you find that your erection lasts longer than 5 hours (it doesn’t subside and there’s nothing you can do about it), see a doctor immediately.

If you experience any serious side effects or experience side effects not listed in this manual, tell your doctor or pharmacist.

How to store properly

Store at 5-30°C and in the original container to protect from moisture. This product is not shipped in a box or with the package insert.
